Nature of Services

Erin Maurer provides consulting, coaching, advisory, and educational services in the areas of nutrition, health, lifestyle, and behavior change. Services are delivered virtually and, where applicable, in person, and are offered to individuals, professionals, organizations, and institutions in Switzerland and internationally.

 

Payment & Booking Terms

Payments for services are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are listed and charged in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. For international clients, any currency conversion is handled by the client’s payment provider at the applicable exchange rate.

By booking a service or purchasing a consulting package, clients agree to the stated scope of services, pricing, cancellation policy, and disclaimer. Bookings are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without charge.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), are charged in full, as the time has been reserved exclusively for the client.

​

For multi-session packages or programs, unused sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The services provided by Erin Maurer, Nutrition & Health Consulting are educational and supportive in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Services do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment and do not replace care provided by licensed healthcare professionals.
